This is a poster of the TV programme, Bad Education. Without watching the programme you can find, denotation's and connotation's, here are my own ones I have found.

Boy in wheelchair- Happy, joker.
Boy being strangled with tie- Unhappy, looks like he is or has been bullied, particularly by the boy strangling him, looks like the target, easy person to bully.
Boy using his tie to strangle- Bully, naughty and bad behaved student, maybe a chavvy sort of character.
Teacher/Main character- Stressed, bored, unhappy to be there, looks like he's got his hand full.
Boy with hand on his head- Show off, attention seeker, bad behaved.
Girl grabbing teacher- Stuck up, bitchy, fancies the teacher, annoying.
Girl holding books- Clever, well educated, eager to learn, does not like the other students, keeps herself to herself, very intelligent, likes to show her intelligence off.
